Gopyata is a service initiative of ProjectKaro. ProjectKaro is intended to be the entity responsible for information collected through this website. The final legal name, registered or business address, and privacy/grievance email must be verified and inserted before publication. Current business location: Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
2. Information collected
If you submit the readiness form, it may collect your name, work email address, organisation name, organisation type, the support topic you select, and technical information needed to protect the form from abuse. The form is not intended to collect patient, student, employee, identity-document, financial-account, or other sensitive records. Do not enter such information.
3. Purposes
Information is used to receive and assess your enquiry, respond to you, arrange follow-up about the requested service, maintain a basic record of business communications, and protect the website against spam or abuse. Any additional use, including marketing, must be separately assessed and disclosed before it occurs.
4. Service providers and recipients
Website hosting and security may be provided by Cloudflare. If configured, Turnstile is used to assess automated abuse. Lead information is forwarded to the secure destination configured by ProjectKaro for enquiry handling. Before publication, ProjectKaro must name and verify the actual lead-storage or CRM provider, email provider, hosting arrangement, and any other processor that receives lead data. No analytics provider should receive form contents.
5. Retention and security
Enquiry data should be retained only as long as reasonably needed to respond, manage a resulting business relationship, meet applicable recordkeeping requirements, and resolve disputes. A specific retention period and deletion process must be set by ProjectKaro and verified before publication. Access should be limited to people who need the information; credentials and tokens must remain server-side.
6. Your requests and choices
You may contact ProjectKaro to ask about access, correction, deletion, or other requests relating to information you submitted, subject to applicable law and any relevant exceptions. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw that consent; withdrawal does not affect processing already carried out lawfully before withdrawal. We will explain any limitations or identity checks needed to handle a request.
7. Children and third-party information
Please do not use this website form to submit personal information about children, students, patients, staff, or other people. This website is an enquiry channel, not a secure record-transfer facility.
8. Grievance and contact

9. Changes
